Prof. Hui An

Dalian University of Technology, China

Hui An is a professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Economics and Management, Dalian University of Technology. She serves as Member of the 12th Central Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association, Deputy to the 14th Liaoning Provincial People’s Congress, Vice Chairperson of the Dalian Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association, and Chief Expert of the Science and Technology Innovation Think Tank of Liaoning Province. She is a member of the Chinese Economists Society and the Financial Management Association (FMA). Her main research focuses on open macro-finance, financial risk management, real estate finance, and green finance. She has published 10 books and nearly 100 articles in leading international and Chinese journals, including Emerging Markets Review and Journal of Financial Research, with many indexed in SSCI, CSSCI, or EI. Several of her papers are ranked in JCR Q1 and recognized as ESI Highly Cited. She has been a visiting scholar at the London School of Economics (LSE) and Fordham University, and collaborates extensively with researchers from the UK, U.S., Australia, and other countries.

Prof. Lin Liu

Beihang University, China

Dr. Lin Liu is a full professor at the School of Economics and Management, Beihang University. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Southern California and B.E. in Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University. His research focuses on topics related to digital platform and the interactions between big data and sport management, and his papers appear in leading business journals, including Management Science, and Production and Operations Management. He is the editor-in-chief of Journal of Economy and Technology (Elsevier) and a guest editor of Journal of System Science and System Engineering (Tsinghua University). He served as an associate editor of Journal of Digital Economy (Tsinghua University).

Prof. Peter Shi

Macquarie University, Australia

Peter Shi is a Chartered Fellow of CILT, Head of Supply Chain Management Specialisation, tenured faculty member of Macquarie Business School, Macquarie University, and ‘Tianjin Visiting Distinguished Professor’. He is director of transport, logistics and supply chain management. His research focuses on sustainability and supply chain management. Dr Shi has been an Editorial Board Member for Scientific Reports since 2024.

Prof. Hao Huang

University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, China

Huang Hao, Researcher/Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. Deputy Director of the Research Center for Service Economy and Internet Development, and Professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is also an Executive Council Member of the China Information Economics Society. He was a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley. His research interests include the digital economy, e-commerce, and digital transformation. He has led or participated in research projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as projects commissioned by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM). He has published over 30 papers in journals such as Economic Research Journal, China Soft Science, Economic Perspectives, Nankai Business Review, The Economist, Management Review, and Chinese Journal of Management Science, as well as in international SCI/EI-indexed journals and conference proceedings. He has also authored three textbooks on e-commerce. He contributed to the writing of multiple research reports, including the Blue Book of E-commerce Service Industry, the Blue Book on Urban E-commerce Competitiveness, and the Blue Book of China Business. He was awarded the Third Prize for Theoretical Contribution by the China Information Economics Society. He has been invited to participate in expert consultation meetings organized by institutions such as the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), MOFCOM, and the NDRC. He has been frequently interviewed by mainstream media outlets, including CCTV News Channel, CCTV International Channel, and the online edition of the Economic Daily. He has lectured on the industry dynamics and related policies of the digital economy, e-commerce, and digital transformation for government officials in Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Zhejiang, Chongqing, and other regions.
